Yarn & Fabric Drying
Dyed yarn bobbins and fabric rolls dry evenly across the batch, without colour bleeding or staining.
The problem
If yarn and fabric dry slowly after dyeing, colour bleeds, the inside of the bobbins stays damp and water stains and a mouldy smell appear. High-temperature drying stiffens the fibre.
The solution
In a closed room the Mareşal machine condenses the moisture in the air and drains it; dry air circulates between bobbins and fabric rolls. At low temperature the fibre stays soft, colour is fixed and the batch dries evenly. With a good hanger and rack layout every point of the room finishes in the same time.
