Privacy notice (personal data protection)

This notice is issued by Mareşal Makina (“the Company”) as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). [Legal entity name, address and tax details to be completed by the client.]

Data we process

Through the quote and contact forms we process your name, company, phone number, e-mail address, city/country, the model you are interested in and your message; we also record the IP address and browser information of the submission.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to prepare the quote you requested, to contact you and to run after-sales support, under KVKK art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest), and where required on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfers

Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Our web hosting and e-mail providers act as data processors to the extent the service requires.

Retention

Quote records are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and object to an outcome against you.
