What is the difference between a dehumidifier and a heater?
A heater warms the air but leaves the moisture in the room, so the carpet stays warm and damp. A dehumidifier condenses the water out of the air and drains it, returning dry warm air. Drying is faster and the risk of yellowing and mould is gone.
Which model is right for me?
The choice depends on floor area, ceiling height and daily product volume. The M400 and M600 suit small rooms, the radial-fan M600 PLUS suits longer rooms, and the M800 and M800 PLUS suit busy, long plants. Send us your dimensions and we choose together.
Is drying-room insulation necessary?
Yes. If the room leaks outside air, the unit keeps fighting new moisture; carpets dry slowly and power use rises. Line ceiling, floor and walls with compressed polystyrene and use sandwich panel on the floor.
What power supply does the machine need?
All models run on 380 V three-phase. The unit is fed through a 32 A or 40 A breaker outside the room with 4×5 cable, never from a plug.
Does it work at low temperatures in winter?
Yes. All models have automatic defrost; frost on the evaporator is cleared at intervals and the unit runs continuously. Starting at a room temperature of about +15 °C is recommended.
How long does a carpet take to dry?
It depends on room insulation, load and carpet thickness. Our customers report that carpets hung at night are ready for delivery in the morning; let us assess your plant for a precise figure.
How is the machine maintained?
Check the washable dust filter after every batch and clean the rear radiator coils once a week. Only authorised service works on electrical and refrigeration parts.
How do I get technical support?
Our technical support line is available by phone and WhatsApp during working hours. We offer free consultation on installation, commissioning and settings.
Which fuse and cable are required?
The machine is never run on a plug. A 32 A or 40 A three-pole fuse is installed outside the room and the machine is fed from there with a 4×5 cable, connected to phases R-S-T-N.
On start-up the phase protection relay must show ON and AUT. If ON blinks and AUT stays off, swap the phase order on the supply line.
How far should the machine be from the wall?
The back of the machine must not touch the wall; leave at least 40 cm. The rear radiator coils need airflow and must stay reachable for cleaning.
How is it started in winter?
In winter, start the machine at around +15 °C room temperature. The operating range is 5 – 50 °C; the machine can heat the room up to 45 °C and defrost is automatic.
How often are the coils cleaned?
Clean the rear radiator coils once a week. The washable cassette dust filter is cleaned regularly; never run the machine without it. Electrical and mechanical parts are serviced only by authorised personnel.
Which refrigerant does it use?
All models use R-407C refrigerant with a scroll compressor. The gas circuit has a filter drier, an auxiliary liquid receiver and a low-pressure switch; factory settings must not be changed.
At what temperature does it dry food products?
The machine does not heat the air like an oven; it dries by removing moisture. The room stays warm, and because the product dries at low temperature its colour, aroma and nutritional value are preserved. Target humidity and time are set per product on the digital panel.
Can the same machine be used for different products?
Yes. The machine removes the humidity of the room; carpet, fruit leather, cardboard or yarn makes no difference. Only the rack/hanger layout and the target humidity–time values entered on the panel change with the product. The wheeled body moves from room to room.
